💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the growth engine for Perk Events within our existing client base, deepening relationships and converting accounts into repeat event buyers. You'll build trusted-advisor relationships with procurement, EA, HR, and executive stakeholders. This role offers a unique chance to drive revenue through outbound prospecting in a global SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover events spend and needs.
  • Map stakeholder landscapes and identify MICE budget owners.
  • Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Articulate Perk Events value proposition and qualify leads for handover.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in business development or account growth in events SaaS, TMC, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts via outbound prospecting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

✨ Nice to Have

  • German or French language skills.
  • Understanding of MICE landscape (incentive travel, conferences, venue sourcing).
  • Knowledge of procurement cycles and event budgeting in large organizations.
