💼 About This Role

You'll join Cylinder Health's commercial team to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and serve as a key bridge between Marketing and Sales. You'll engage HR and benefits leaders at large employers to create new opportunities and provide real-time feedback on messaging and market response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage HR and benefits leaders at large employers
• Execute coordinated outreach across email, phone, and social channels
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with target audience
• Partner with sales to align on target accounts and messaging

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of SDR or sales experience
• Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, or health plans
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
