Description

You will be the main point of contact for AirTrunk's large cloud customers, supporting them from fit-out through to go-live and onboarding within hyperscale data centres. Your role involves comprehensive project management, customer engagement, and ensuring customer requirements are met with high satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in service delivery or customer engagement within data centers or similar environments
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with hyperscale data centre operations

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact with all customers throughout build, fit-out, and onboarding
  • Ensure Early Access, Ready for Service, and other contractual requirements are met
  • Participate in design reviews and project meetings
  • Work with design team and customers to ensure fit-out requirements are met
  • Project manage fit-out deliveries on behalf of customers
