You'll shape Agoda's flights market presence in Vietnam, driving partner strategy and commercial negotiations. You'll have end-to-end ownership of the market, identifying and closing new partnerships while optimizing performance with existing partners. This is a high-impact role with autonomy to move fast and directly shape Agoda's flights success story.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute market strategies for Vietnam
• Own pricing and commercial terms with airline partners
• Build deep executive-level relationships with suppliers
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and iterate quickly

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Flights/OTA/airline industry
• Proven track record of delivering growth through partnerships
• Strong executive presence and communication skills in English
• Analytical rigor using data to shape decisions
