You'll build meaningful partnerships with Services business owners, helping them grow using Square's ecosystem. You'll uncover growth opportunities and advocate for clients, turning challenges into achievements. This role focuses on retaining and growing sellers with $250k-$2M GPV.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow and retain a multi-million dollar customer base
• Understand Services industry customer needs to achieve business goals
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
• Effectively address customer concerns and issues
• Work with Sales, Support, and Product teams for best customer experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or related field
• Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships
• Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Passion about how new technologies can help small businesses
• Experience within the Services industry (Health Beauty, Entertainment Leisure, Home Repair, etc.)
