Description

In this short-term, part-time role (10-20 hours/week for about 6 months), you will work closely with the in-house legal team on contract drafting and negotiation, legal counsel, and intellectual property matters for Rue Gilt Groupe's business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and complete contracts (MSAs, SaaS, consulting, joint promotion, drop ship, vendor, NDA, marketing)
• Provide legal advice and counsel to internal business clients
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Address intellectual property matters
