You'll own email deliverability for a custom ESP system powering millions of users across global streaming and social discovery platforms. You'll optimize retention communications through automation, personalization, and infrastructure improvements. This role offers high autonomy and direct impact on strategic business metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and ensure effective email delivery across campaigns
• Manage IP and domain reputation including warm-up strategies
• Analyze SMTP logs, bounce reports, and blacklist issues
• Collaborate with engineers to improve the ESP system

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in email operations or deliverability role
• Deep understanding of SMTP, DNS records, and email headers
• Experience with Gmail Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, and Talos Intelligence
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA compliance

• Experience with custom ESP systems or building email infrastructure
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
