You'll own end-to-end equity administration for a high-growth, distributed organization, ensuring data accuracy across Finance, Legal, and HR. Your work will directly support audits and financial reporting, and you'll build scalable processes to improve total rewards transparency. This role offers fully remote work and compensation in Bitcoin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, and record maintenance
• Maintain cap table accuracy and governance standards
• Support audits, financial reporting, and corporate transactions
• Assist compensation planning cycles and benchmarking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in equity administration or compensation
• Strong understanding of equity structures and cap tables
• Solid foundation in compensation principles and analysis
• High attention to data accuracy and governance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SEC reporting or proxy statements
• Certified Compensation Professional certification
• Experience with global equity programs
