You'll act as the operational engine of a delivery pod, working with an AI strategy firm to keep client engagements running smoothly. Your work directly enables teams to deliver exceptional results and gives you exposure to the frontier of AI. You'll own the operational rhythm, maintain ClickUp infrastructure, and lead client communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate new client onboarding and maintain client records.
• Lead daily syncs, weekly planning, and retros.
• Monitor ClickUp health and ensure proper task structure.
• Own weekly client recap and manage client meetings.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations or project coordination.
• Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills for client-facing updates.
