You'll lead development of customer applications for work order management, scheduling, and dispatch using ServiceNow CSM/FSM. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to enhance event rules and ensure proper CMDB binding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop custom applications for Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch
• Enhance ServiceNow event rules for proper CMDB binding
• Interact with technical SMEs for service map and event work
• Develop interfaces for user audiences using Service Portals

📋 Requirements

• Experience with FSM, CSM, and Integrations in ServiceNow
• Ability to develop integrated logic with REST APIs
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Multi-Source CMDB
• Proficiency in configuring Identification Rules for Service Mapping

• Experience with Service Graph Connectors
• Extend Horizontal Discovery with custom Patterns
