You'll own the tools that power Starship software development, designing and scaling systems for continuous integration. You will identify the biggest problems and own solutions from start to finish. This high-autonomy role is a force multiplier for building world-class software critical to enabling human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Invent tools and processes for fast and correct software development
• Hands-on integration and troubleshooting across Starship software stack
• Collaborate to design and maintain on-premises compute pool
• Identify improvements and create innovative solutions for rocket development

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in STEM
• or 7+ years of professional software development experience in lieu of degree

✨ Nice to Have

• Skill with Bazel or similar build systems
• Fluency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
