Description

You will own the full revenue lifecycle for CookUnity's healthcare and B2B programs, managing everything from eligibility and claims to invoicing, collections, and reporting. Your work ensures accurate billing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth financial operations as these programs scale.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue cycle management or billing operations
• Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare claims and authorization processes
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Proficiency in AR management and collections
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (CalAIM, HCPCS codes, managed care contracts)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations for MTM services (claims submission to payment reconciliation)
• Monitor monthly reimbursements and ensure alignment with service delivery
• Track and resolve denials, discrepancies, and underpayments
• Generate and issue invoices for all B2B corporate accounts and track AP/AR status
• Provide recurring financial reporting for healthcare and B2B revenue, including claims status and aged AR
