You'll lead high-stakes pharma partnerships at an AI-driven cancer diagnostics scale-up, bridging biology and software delivery. You'll own project execution from kickoff to completion, ensuring scalable operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of pharma partnership projects
• Identify data bottlenecks and regulatory hurdles early
• Translate clinical requirements into technical specifications
• Standardize workflows to reduce partner onboarding time

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, or Biomedical Sciences
• 5+ years of project management experience in Biotech/Pharma/MedTech
• C1/C2 English level for high-level stakeholder communication
• Based in Hamburg with regular on-site presence
