You'll translate complex people data into clear insights and recommendations, and drive forward the People Analytics roadmap. This role blends analytical rigor with consultative impact in a remote-first, open-source environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform workforce analysis and QBRs for business leaders
• Lead data storytelling translating complex data into narratives
• Proactively identify trends and risks in attrition, hiring, performance
• Develop rapid analytical solutions and scale them with the team

📋 Requirements

• Experience in people analytics or workforce analytics
• SQL proficiency with complex queries in BigQuery or Snowflake
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
• Data visualization with PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker

• Experience with dbt or analytics engineering
• Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or LMS platforms
