As a Business Analyst, you'll partner with legal specialists to translate user needs into technical requirements, document processes, and ensure delivered solutions meet business goals. This role is critical in aligning business needs with technical solutions for tooling used by legal teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or relevant field
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and documentation abilities
• Experience with process mapping and impact analysis
• Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy policies

Responsibilities

• Requirement translation from users to delivery teams
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
• Backlog management and release scope definition
• Create test cases, support UAT, and validate deliveries
• Maintain requirements traceability, user guides, and release notes
