You'll own technical configuration for new Ashby customers in the EMEA region, partnering closely with an Implementation Specialist. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute technical configuration for new Ashby customers.
• Partner with Implementation Specialist to confirm requirements.
• Define and carry out testing plan ahead of go-live.
• Document final configuration choices for visibility and optimization.

📋 Requirements

• Experience contributing to or owning implementation projects for complex SaaS products.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting.
• Comfortable independently owning your domain and keeping customers accountable.
• Willingness to travel as needed (<5%) for strategic engagements.
