Description

You will provide design support and subject matter expertise in fire protection, life safety, and building codes for SpaceX's Starlink facilities. You will ensure compliance with fire codes, manage commissioning of fire life safety systems, and collaborate with teams to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years experience in fire protection system design or consulting
• Working knowledge of Building Fire Codes and NFPA Standards

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design and analysis for fire and life safety systems
• Verify and sustain building adherence to fire codes
• Develop Alternative Means Methods (AM M) for performance-based design
• Manage commissioning phase of fire life safety projects
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire life safety systems
