🎯 What You'll Do

• Image and configure computers for new hires and hardware replacements
• Support and back up computers subject to legal hold
• Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate asset records
• Monitor and resolve hardware-related tickets in the IT support queue

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role
• Strong general understanding of computer systems
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple support requests

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
• Basic knowledge of both macOS and Windows environments
• Prior experience in a help desk, internship, or computer-related training
