🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead configuration, enhancements, and optimization of Workday and People systems.
• Maintain integrations and data flows between platforms for seamless connectivity.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology with hands-on system configuration.
• Strong experience administering Workday and familiarity with business process framework and reporting.
• Experience supporting additional HR systems such as performance management or onboarding platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and integrations in a connected HR tech ecosystem.

• Experience with Workday modules: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Time Tracking, UK Payroll, US Payroll.
• Experience with testing methodologies, data validation, and release management.
