You'll be the functional system owner for Workday and other People platforms, driving configuration, integrations, and process improvements. You'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions to enhance the employee experience. This role offers the chance to shape HR systems strategy in a multi-system environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead configuration, enhancements, and optimization of Workday and People systems.
- Maintain integrations and data flows between platforms for seamless connectivity.
- Design reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Provide support for complex system issues and manage business process administration.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology with hands-on system configuration.
- Strong experience administering Workday and familiarity with business process framework and reporting.
- Experience supporting additional HR systems such as performance management or onboarding platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and integrations in a connected HR tech ecosystem.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday modules: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Time Tracking, UK Payroll, US Payroll.
- Experience with testing methodologies, data validation, and release management.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
