💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct clinical care to seniors in a PACE clinic setting, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management. Your work helps seniors stay healthy in their communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and medication management
• Support clinic overflow and day center triage
• Instruct participants and caregivers on disease management
• Record patient care and implement nursing measures

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Unencumbered RN license
• Reliable transportation
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Triaging experience
