You'll lead technical accounting research and prepare SEC filings including 10-K and 10-Q. You'll support audit processes and collaborate across teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting. This role offers exposure to digital asset accounting at a Nasdaq-listed data center company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare audit support and respond to auditor requests
• Write technical accounting memos on complex transactions
• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) disclosures
• Support SOX 404 internal controls documentation

📋 Requirements

• CPA license required
• 3–6 years of progressive public accounting or technical reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

• Investment or digital asset accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite or FloQast
• High-growth public company experience
