🎯 What You'll Do

• Own performance and reliability outcomes across application and infrastructure layers
• Design for system resilience with safer deployment patterns and failover strategies
• Build observability through structured logging, metrics, and alerting
• Own production incidents from signal to resolution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Python
• Real cloud infrastructure experience with AWS
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience with containerized workloads in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Datadog (APM, alerting)
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
• Experience with ArgoCD-based GitOps deployments
