Description

You will lead and scale the supply chain for product innovation categories (shoes, handbags, swim, jewelry, and more) from raw material sourcing to warehouse delivery, driving operational excellence and sustainability.

Requirements

• Forward-thinking and hands-on supply chain leadership experience
• Proven ability to build and scale supply chains in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment
• Experience with multiple product categories and countries
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills
• Expertise in sustainable materials and raw material sourcing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain operations for shoes, handbags, swim, jewelry, and emerging categories
• Oversee a team of 4, including Associate Directors of Materials and Production
• Lead vendor strategy for 10+ factories across 5+ countries
• Drive supplier diversification for risk mitigation and innovation
• Oversee Materials R&D to scale next-generation sustainable materials
