Description

You will support B2B order fulfillment for Bombas's wholesale channel, ensuring data accuracy and timely document transmission. You'll coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transportation teams to maintain high fill rates and resolve order issues, using tools like SPS, NetSuite, Excel, and Looker.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years experience with EDI documents and retail orders or similar B2B order support role
• Ability to create and edit process documentation
• Comfort communicating with cross-functional teams
• Experience working on detailed processes

Responsibilities

• Verify order and product details accuracy
• Coordinate with Sales team to modify or resolve order changes
• Populate logs for order details and prioritize fulfillment
• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment from order transmission to customer pickup
• Reconcile shipment data across systems ensuring accuracy of SKUs, quantities, and ship dates
