Description

You will lead quality assurance operations in a high-throughput cannabis warehouse, managing cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory flow, process improvement, and safety compliance. This role involves workforce planning, KPI tracking, and direct partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
• 2+ years managing a team of 5+ employees
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• High empathy and excellent communication skills
• Must be 21+ and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with operations teams to ensure efficient inbound/outbound warehouse activities
• Lead performance management via productivity monitoring, SOP adherence, and KPI tracking
• Own workforce planning including labor forecasting and scheduling optimization
• Champion warehouse safety and compliance, fostering a culture of accountability
• Drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
