💼 About This Role

You'll assist in battery cell testing and data collection in a hands-on lab environment. You'll support the Cell Engineering team to ensure material and cell quality standards. This internship offers exposure to sodium-ion battery technology at a rapidly growing energy storage company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and execute battery cell tests (incoming inspection, cycle life, capacity).
• Operate battery cyclers, environmental chambers, and data acquisition systems.
• Monitor tests and log performance data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in failure analysis and teardown inspections.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• Coursework or lab experience in electrochemistry, thermodynamics, materials, or energy systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with Python or MATLAB is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
