You'll define and scale the operating system that enables Product and Engineering teams to execute with clarity and predictable delivery. You'll serve as the critical bridge between strategy and execution, translating company priorities into structured planning frameworks and measurable outcomes. This role drives continuous improvement in planning processes and organizational efficiency in a high-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve the Product & Engineering operating model, including planning cycles and governance.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning processes (OKRs) from strategy to team-level execution.
• Build and maintain end-to-end portfolio visibility across initiatives, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Develop prioritization frameworks balancing strategic value, customer impact, and constraints.
• Implement metrics to improve delivery predictability, cycle time, and execution quality.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Management in SaaS.
• Proven experience building and scaling product operating models or planning systems.
• Strong track record leading annual and quarterly planning processes (e.g., OKRs) cross-functionally.
• Experience defining and operationalizing performance metrics for delivery and transparency.
