๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for R&D roles including product management, engineering, and design at a pioneering IoT company. You'll build high-caliber talent pipelines and act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders to hire approximately 3-4 extraordinary people per quarter. This role offers the autonomy to innovate recruiting processes and leverage AI tools thoughtfully.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute end-to-end recruiting for R&D IC and leadership roles
- Build high-caliber pipelines through market mapping and long-range programs
- Use creative sourcing and direct outreach to engage passive candidates
- Optimize hiring processes by identifying and resolving friction points
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with high-bar roles
- Proven track record hiring for technical roles like PMs, Engineers, Designers
- Experience running searches for senior stakeholders (Director level+)
- Ability to build effective outbound and passive talent strategies in constrained markets
