💼 About This Role

You'll join Sitemate's SMB team, owning inbound-qualified opportunities from first engagement through close. You'll drive momentum across high-intent and lower-intent leads through structured discovery and tailored demos. You'll also retain ownership of each new customer for 6 months post-sale, identifying cross-sell and license expansion opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run multiple sales cycles: discovery calls, demos, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce: update stages, log next steps, and multithread accounts.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, CSMs, and AMs for smooth handovers and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage your own quota and pace weekly activities.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role closing deals with SMB customers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for demos and discovery.
  • Comfortable using CRM software like Salesforce to manage pipeline.
  • Ability to run multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively.

  • Experience in the construction or industrial software industry.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Experience with cross-sell and account expansion.
