You'll join the HR team at smava, a leading FinTech in Germany, working 30h/week. You'll handle contract creation, digital personnel files, and onboarding while supporting HR projects. This role offers a hybrid work model with up to 3 days home office per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create employment contracts
• Maintain digital personnel files
• Manage onboarding of new employees
• Record and track absences
• Generate HR reports and statistics

📋 Requirements

• First experience in HR or personnel work
• Experience creating employment contracts
• Proficiency with Personio or similar HR system
• Native-level German and English B2
