You'll serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance, handling Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and network issues. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Level 1 and 2 support.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in systems like Active Directory and Okta.
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, subnets, DNS, DHCP).
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Suite, Microsoft 365.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

- Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
