You'll serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance, handling Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and network issues. You'll ensure IT systems run smoothly for a growing defense technology company. This role offers exposure to enterprise tools like Active Directory, Okta, and Jira.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Level 1 and 2 support.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in systems like Active Directory and Okta.
  • Set up and configure workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, subnets, DNS, DHCP).

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Google Suite, Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft).
