You'll lead a fullstack squad (iOS, Web, Backend) focused on creator onboarding and growth for a leading creator commerce platform. You will drive the technical vision and delivery process, fostering a culture of experimentation and AI integration. Manage a fullstack team and influence technical vision across departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical and people leadership to guide development and reviews.
• Own delivery process and Agile ceremonies for proper backlog refinement.
• Partner with senior management to identify metrics for team performance.
• Drive culture of experimentation using A/B testing and data analytics.
• Take active role in hiring, goal setting, and performance management.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years engineering management experience.
• 8+ years software development experience.
• Experience managing a fullstack team.
• Deep expertise in at least one stack (Backend, Web, or iOS).

• Built AI powered products.
• Knowledge of affiliate advertising space.
• Experience with onboarding flows and user analytics.
