You'll support IT service management processes for multiple business units, ensuring smooth operations and high service quality. You will drive continuous service improvement and manage incident and problem resolution across teams. This role offers exposure to global enterprise IT and automation initiatives.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management
- Monitor ITSM tool usage and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate major incident response and resolution
- Support transition of new services into BAU support
π Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in IT service management, help desk, or technical support
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
- Thorough understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
β¨ Nice to Have
- Understanding of observability monitoring tools like NewRelic
- Understanding of subscription payments (Zuora, Salesforce, Cybersource)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
