This role offers direct mentorship from an experienced AI Lead and front-row access to AI reshaping knowledge work in a European software ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess AI maturity across HQ departments and build strategic roadmaps.
• Prototype AI-powered workflows using APIs and low-code platforms.
• Enable colleagues by solving real problems together in real time.
• Automate manual processes like document processing and reporting.
• Create scalable playbooks, templates, and training materials.

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional experience in consulting or startups.
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.).
• Proven ability to build AI prototypes and showcase work (e.g., GitHub).
• Consulting instincts for stakeholder management and structured thinking.
