You'll own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces across digital properties. You'll drive design decisions from customer problem to hi-fi deliverable, including journey mapping. You'll lead design critique and peer review sessions to elevate quality across the UX team.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling.
• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products.
• Experience in agile delivery with close partnership with PMs and engineering.
