You'll oversee client stockrooms and coordinate end-user projects within a global IT solutions team. Your work ensures operational efficiency and seamless Day 1 support for new sites. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale moves and buildouts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct monthly/quarterly inventory validations of stockrooms
• Update ServiceNow tickets and manage hardware shipments
• Assist project managers with NAMR projects
• Lead techs in new site buildouts and desk setups

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in major financials IT environment
• Advanced technical skills in installation and troubleshooting of software/hardware
• Experience with Office 365 support
• Knowledge of ticketing and knowledge-based systems

• Associate's degree or higher
• A+ certification or equivalent years of experience
