🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a squad of 11 Machine Learning Engineers (Senior to Intern levels)
• Develop engineers through feedback, performance reviews, and career guidance
• Translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps
• Drive architectural innovations like scalable parallel processing and improved UX

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing high-performing engineering teams
• Solid background in ML Engineering, AI, or Data Science with MLOps focus
• Familiarity with Kubeflow, SageMaker, and Databricks
• Builder mindset with autonomy to explore edge technologies
