💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy Microsoft Copilot and M365 AI solutions for U.S. Federal agencies in highly regulated environments. Partnering with federal stakeholders, you'll transform productivity and operations through responsible AI. This role bridges technical architecture, security, and mission outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide federal clients through adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions in M365
• Translate mission requirements into secure, scalable Copilot architectures
• Build and configure custom copilots, plugins, prompts, and connectors
• Lead technical workshops and demos on responsible AI and data protection

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer or Architect with Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio in a Federal environment
• Knowledge of federal security and compliance, identity, and data governance
• U.S. citizenship required, Secret clearance preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Azure
• Microsoft certifications: Enterprise Administrator, Security, AI or Power Platform
• Ability to work on site as needed in Washington DC
