You'll execute the partner ecosystem strategy to help achieve regional sales goals, building strategic channel partnerships and orchestrating a complete partner ecosystem including VARs, VADs, and Technology Alliance Partners. You'll drive partner enablement and engagement to ensure business growth and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and cultivate strategic channel partnerships with sales leadership.
• Drive peer-to-peer relationships between partners and BeyondTrust.
• Coach sales team on engaging ecosystem partners effectively.
• Facilitate marketing connections for trifecta campaigns with partners.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years partner management in software security
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of partner ecosystem in the territory
• Demonstrated ability to establish positive business relationships

• Existing relationships with BeyondTrust partners
• Experience in analyzing performance for improvement
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and PRM systems
