💼 About This Role

You'll join the Risk Operations team to mitigate fraud and credit losses for GoDaddy Payments. You'll investigate high-risk merchant accounts and identify fraud trends to keep the platform safe. This remote role offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review high-risk transactions and account activity
• Mitigate risk through detailed merchant investigations
• Identify and flag developing fraud and risk trends
• Provide feedback to improve risk workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in fraud or risk industry
• Experience in queue-based or support environments
• Customer-focused outlook with cross-team collaboration
• Availability to work weekends and holidays in PT time zone
