💼 About This Role

You'll lead data center product development and leasing for a global telecom and renewables infrastructure firm. Your core impact is originating and closing colocation and hyperscale deals across European markets. This role stands out for its direct report to the President and COO in a rapidly growing PE-backed company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Head of Project Deployment for timely project delivery.
• Originate and close colocation, hyperscale, and wholesale leasing agreements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective tenants (cloud, enterprise, CDN, telecom, AI/HPC).
• Develop go-to-market materials: pitch decks, technical data packs, capacity schedules.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in European data center development or colocation sales.
• Proven track record winning and managing hyperscaler or enterprise tenant relationships.
• Hands-on experience overseeing data center construction or fit-out projects.
• Deep knowledge of European DC markets: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Dublin.

• Background in Telco infrastructure or real estate asset conversion.
• Existing relationships with EU hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle) or Tier 1 colo operators.
• Experience working within a PE-backed growth business.
