You'll lead legal oversight for private investment platforms, including fund formation, fundraising, investments, and regulatory matters. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing business-oriented legal guidance across alternative investment strategies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead legal aspects of private fund formation and structuring.
• Support fundraising by advising on legal, regulatory, and disclosure matters.
• Advise on real estate and alternative investment transactions.
• Provide guidance on securities laws and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior legal team members as applicable.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in big law or in-house investment management.
• Strong knowledge of private fund structures and securities laws.
