You'll work with data scientists, analysts, and marketing managers to power Monzo's marketing function. Your goal is to increase volume and value by applying marketing analytics, running experiments, and optimizing campaigns. You'll drive a unified understanding of customer lifetime value and collaborate with engineering to ensure proper data collection.

Responsibilities

• Apply marketing analytics and data mining to understand user interactions with campaigns and inform strategy
• Guide performance marketing and brand teams to measure what matters using geo-lift experiments
• Build and apply marketing measurement and forecasting solutions to optimize growth
• Drive company-wide understanding of customer lifetime value and campaign impact on profitability
• Liaise with engineers to ensure correct marketing measurement data collection
