You'll join the Grok Voice Model team to build the world's best voice AI, delivering smooth and natural spoken interactions. You'll own the full training pipeline from data curation to post-training for low-latency and multilingual performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute large-scale speech data curation and processing pipelines.
• Work on pre-training and post-training of speech-language models.
• Build and iterate comprehensive evaluation frameworks for model performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate voice models into applications.

📋 Requirements

• Python expert with deep AI/ML systems proficiency.
• Hands-on experience processing large-scale datasets with Spark and Ray.
• Proficiency in pre-training and post-training speech-language models using JAX/PyTorch.
• Experience building or working with distributed training on Kubernetes.
