🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver and manage orientation training for new ABA hires
• Audit clinicians for alignment with whole-child approach
• Supervise ABA treatment plans and provide direct clinical support
• Conduct monthly supervision for RBTs/BCATs and maintain productivity targets

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Current BCBA certification from BACB
• 5+ years experience as clinical and operational leader in ABA
• 3+ years leadership experience in high-growth or large-scale organization
