You'll architect Plaud's brand voice in India, building a KOL ecosystem from scratch. You'll drive localized influencer strategies and manage end-to-end campaigns, turning a blank slate into a high-performance engine. This role offers autonomy to define the playbook for a rapidly growing AI company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop a localized influencer roadmap aligned with Indian cultural nuances and peak shopping seasons
  • Identify and vet high-alignment creators across YouTube, Instagram, and ShareChat/Moj
  • Manage talent contracts, usage rights, and localized pricing benchmarks
  • Track and report on KPIs (CPE, CPM, and Conversion) to prove ROI

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Hindi and/or regional languages with professional English proficiency
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and ShareChat/Moj as community platforms in India
  • 3+ years of experience in Event Management or Experiential Marketing
  • 5+ years in Influencer Marketing with proven large-scale, high-budget Indian campaigns

  • Existing relationships with major Indian talent agencies/MCNs
  • Background in Consumer Electronics or Lifestyle Tech
  • Previous experience taking a brand from market entry to market leader
