Description

You will lead the reimagination of our core operational platforms—Tarmac (user operations and support) and ROME (risk and compliance)—transitioning them from human-driven workflows to AI-first systems. Your goal is to decouple operational headcount from business growth by integrating modern AI and LLM tooling, and you'll collaborate closely with teams managing Salesforce and Insertion Order Campaign Management systems.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years managing and scaling teams of PMs at Senior Manager or Director level
• Track record of building complex operational workflows where AI has replaced or reduced human execution
• Deep understanding of how proprietary tools interact with major enterprise platforms
• Experience integrating with Salesforce and similar enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-first vision and strategic roadmap for proprietary Business Applications portfolio
• Decouple headcount from growth by identifying high-leverage AI opportunities
• Drive ecosystem integration with Salesforce and Insertion Order Campaign Management systems
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
• Own KPIs for internal operational efficiency
