You'll own model releases end-to-end at a startup building open-weight AI. You'll shape product direction, lead open-source community, and drive go-to-market. This is a deliberately wide charter for PMs who thrive without narrow scope.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with research leads to shape model releases and product direction.
• Own open-source release end-to-end: licensing, documentation, community.
• Build and maintain partner and ecosystem relationships.
• Lead GTM motion: positioning, launch, developer adoption.

📋 Requirements

• Shipped model releases or developer-facing products in OSS or AI.
• Understands OSS success beyond stars and downloads.
• Can hold own externally with senior partners and in public forums.
• Has changed mind based on feedback from researcher or engineer.
