Description

You'll join the Fleet Maintenance team at Carvana, performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 8 trucks and trailers to ensure safety and reliability. You'll use diagnostic tools, handle aftertreatment systems, and collaborate with the team to optimize vehicle performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and vehicle systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain two ASE certifications within first 6 months

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on fleet
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, change filters
• Maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure DOT compliance
