You'll drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification for a unified HR and finance platform. You'll own the full sales development cycle, from cold calls to pipeline generation, in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Organize and plan daily prospecting activities in HubSpot CRM
- Make high-volume cold calls supplemented by emails and WhatsApp
- Build rapport with prospects through consultative, personalized outreach
- Overcome objections with solid arguments about platform differentiators
- Prioritize high-potential leads and focus on early-morning high-impact contacts
๐ Requirements
- Outbound prospecting experience with cold calling and daily activity volume
- Proven track record in pre-sales or B2B lead generation from scratch
- Excellent time management and independent work planning skills

- HubSpot CRM experience for managing leads, tasks, and cadences
