You'll drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification for a unified HR and finance platform. You'll own the full sales development cycle, from cold calls to pipeline generation, in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Organize and plan daily prospecting activities in HubSpot CRM
  • Make high-volume cold calls supplemented by emails and WhatsApp
  • Build rapport with prospects through consultative, personalized outreach
  • Overcome objections with solid arguments about platform differentiators
  • Prioritize high-potential leads and focus on early-morning high-impact contacts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Outbound prospecting experience with cold calling and daily activity volume
  • Proven track record in pre-sales or B2B lead generation from scratch
  • Excellent time management and independent work planning skills
